Can't View User Profiles

    My apologies if this has already been addressed but I didn't see anything. All I can see is the member's avatar and boldface text; the popup window is transparent. Is this something going on with the site or an issue at my end?

    yeah this seems to be normal. what i do is highlight the page when that the transparent window pops up and then you can see the text. there is a link to their profile that you can click on from there

    It's a bug I've seen from time to time. Try clearing your cache and then restarting your browser. Ensure you have the latest version of your browser too. And make sure the page loads completely before you start clicking on users.

    My problem turned out to be that Compatibility View somehow got ticked in Internet Explorer tools. Corrected that and everything works fine now.
