Considering that the cognac has faded considerably and 50N is not a one-off, I would think you would have to add decently to land any one-off Cantillon or 3F. With respect to JCN in particular, you would definitely have to add.

What beers would you like in exchange for your b1 50N and at what ratio? Posting that list would likely get some conversation started at least.

To be fair, I never had b1 fresh. I just did not detect much cognac at all when I did try the b1, especially relative to what is present in b2. Other than that, everything is going very well, although I need more 50N in my life. I hope to visit again soon

I´ve tried 2x 50N, both releases and honestly I couldn´t pick out the cognac.
Sour/bitter with a touch of orange is what I remember.
It certainly has a distinctive taste, but more than that is beyond my palate

perhaps bottle variation at this point. i had batch 1 right around the time batch 2 came out and i found them both to have a lot of barrel character (one of my fav cantillons actually because of it). i have found that it is a completely different animal when consumed warm vs cold. cold, it is actually quite gross.

Off that list I think you could get A&T, b1 Hommage, or maybe a monks cafe gueuze. Everything else is a lot more difficult to get and wasn't sold in stores like 50n.

Was Iris grand cru bottled? I thought it was a special draft beer for Zwanze day.
