Kinda just dawned on me as I grabbed a 4 pack of Green from Treehouse at the Pru last week...considering we're seeing Hill Farmstead on Draft all over the place...I need to check the date Bissell Brother's before buying from the package store...3F gets dusty...

Is Cantillon still impossible to find? Are there stores that ship nowadays that don't involve paying hundreds and hundreds to ship from Europe?

Just curious I guess...I haven't had a Classic Gueuze in ages because as good as it is, it was never worth the hustle.

I see it on draft from time to time at Row 34. And I think I’ve seen bottles there and Brewers Fork too.

Haven’t seen it on draft in Boston since Brewers Fork a year ago. Area Four lists having some bottles.

Row 34 currently has bottles on their menus for all locations (Sang Bleu and Classic Gueuze). And the Kendall Square Row 34 had draft when they had their grand opening last year.

At Brewers Fork, you will have to ask for their reserve bottle menu. I saw Classic Gueuze there last time I checked.

Armsby Abbey is another dependable spot. They've got bottles of Bruocsella, Saint-Gilloise and Rose de Gambrinus on their list right now.

I've had several Cantillon bottles and pours at Lord Hobo bar in Cambridge, but those days are long gone.

I've occasionally seen it at Deep Ellum in Waltham (the old Gaff).

Untapped says they had it at Area Four in Cambridge as of Sept 11.

I hadn't seen Cantillon locally in ages either but the past week I've seen several stores post that they received Cantillon. (Liquor junction Reading, Ball Square Wine Somerville, Andover Classic Wines). No idea if any of those stores still have it in stock, I'm guessing it sold quickly.

Cantillon used to be imported and distributed by Shelton Brothers but it's my understanding they ceased operations in 2020. Not sure who is now distributing Cantillon but the fact it is appearing at stores this week is encouraging that perhaps it will become more common again! It's worth asking some of the large volume stores in your area if they have it or are getting any.

As of last night Area Four had Fou Foune on draft and Sang Bleu and Saint Lam in bottles.

Was just at Area Four today, and Fou Foune is still on tap, and they have a few bottles of other Cantillion as well.
