Cantillon Classic vs Organic Gueuze

    Are these different beers? Do they still brew the non-organic version? Many places list them as the same beer, but BA lists them sperately.

    To the best of my knowledge they are the same beer. It just can't be labeled as organic in the United States because Jean van Roy doesn't feel it's necessary to pay the fees associated with the USDA organic process.
