Cantillon Quintessence 2016

I believe it was mid-january

 

Has anyone seen any confirmed details for the next one? I did hear in an interview with JVR that it would be May 2018? But I can't seem to find any confirmation of this (or otherwise) anywhere.

 

May 1. FB Event already made.

 

I saw this, but the event wasn't created by Cantillon, so questionned it's authenticity.

 

Cantillon announced it on their FB-page: Quintessence on the 1st of may. Tickets are available from 'early december'

 

Did we know it was with Hill Farmstead? Super exciting. As always.

Got my tickets. More difficult than two years ago to get them though... Website seems to crash

 

Snagged a couple of tickets for the 2:30 - 3pm session.

First time at Quintessence, any advice for a rookie?

I have visited Cantillon before.....but, not for an event like this.

 

Got 1 ticket for 1pm; it was the only ticket left.

 

Got my tickets for 10am. Really looking forward to this one.

 

In for the first time slot. 2016 was a blast. With HF joining this time around, I am already counting down the days . . . 140.

 

It’s a long shot I’m sure, but if anyone has an extra ticket hook a brother up. I got tickets in to my basket twice, but was never able to check out. Definitely thank you beers and cost of ticket to anyone willing to share

Is there any difference between the sessions?

I have the 3:30pm session.

 

No difference, but the later the timeslot, the more people will be in there.

 

And the less time you have, drinking the beers.

I believe the event is from 10:00-18:00. SO if you only get in at 16:30 -> You have 90 minutes to drink everything. That's how it was for previous years at least.

 

Previous years the tickets has lasted for a month at least. I'm going to laugh so hard at mules and profiteers when there isn't a "special bottle" to go this time and only the standards.
