    I heard from them on the 12th, but the email wound up going into spam folder. Paid for everything and now the beer is on it's way.

    Just received my BiaB today.

    Everything survived, thankfully. The box was smashed, and re-taped over a few tears in it.....looked like it had been used several times. The bottles were individually wrapped in foam, so nothing was damaged.

    Relief!

    Mine was shipped on May 8, arrived at JFK Customs on May 13. No box and no tracking update since.
