Cantillon Quintessence (2025)

Thinking about going to the Nacht van de Grote Dorst on Saturday night. Anyone been to it in the past? What's it like?

if everything goes as plan i am visiting Brussels at this time.
is there a chance to find 2 tickets for quintessence event ? where ? how ?
I was told that there are several side events for quintessence but didn't find much info. probably it would be revealed soon (https://www.facebook.com/events/1175597897615927)

regarding Nacht van de Grote Dorst, i am thinking to go there too, not sure about the hours
did some research and it probably worth visiting.

3Fonteinen Carignan Grape & Kriek is to be remembered, including Tuverbol, Arabier & Oerbier.

 

I went to Cantillon on Friday, met some nice Swedish dudes and shared a couple of bottles. The Pineau 2010, Wild Friendship 2019 (finally found it) and a recent LPK are the ones that stood out from a great board. Can’t go wrong with 12€ Sang Bleu to go as well.

The selection at 3F on Saturday was a bit meh, too much grape lambic I don’t know much about and I didn’t care for the guest breweries, but the Aardbei/Schaarbeekse was nice. After the rainfall we went to Boerenerf around the corner and most of their spring release was really good, cheap too.
