I have a bottle of St. Lam 2010 bottling. It says on back of bottle best before 2012. Would you agree with this? Is it passed its prime?
    Thanks for your help BA

The longer you keep it the less "fruit taste" it will have. But I dont think it will turn bad.

I'm currently drinking a 2007 vintage and its exceptional! This beer is just quality young or old! After this 2007 though I'm going to say its near perfection at 6 years. At least for my taste.

I have some 05's that were fantastic last time I had one.

With about 6 years or so, something magic happens.

I will be doing a 12 year vertical in a couple of months. Will post the results.

I see you're in Cali! Room for one more at the tasting?

Sorry, I'm probably keeping it small, just my regular tasting group.

You will need to have a fair few at that tasting! One bottle of 2007 vintage last night and my ass turned into the Saturn 5 Rocket
