Who's going? I got tickets for the brewers at work and myself for Thursday night and Saturday night, too.
5 from Calgary. Dave Gingrich on Molson's and Coor's tab with two contest winners. Presario for the Thursday session and me on a press pass for Farm and Table on Thursday, also the members session on Saturday. I have never seen a GABF sell out so fast hope you all have hotel rooms booked.
I managed to snag some rooms pretty easy, the tickets were a bit odd though... I guess it would have been a real pain if I had pre-booked rooms and flights as some have. The Friday night session was sold out by 2 or 3 minutes after the opening. Either way we're gonna have a great time, recharge our brewing batteries and go pop around to a few of the brewpubs and breweries while we're in town. Matt - sounds like you'll be checking the scalpers for availability when you get there! We'll stay in touch and try to get a couple in with you on Friday sometime at one of the satellite events.
Even with a AHA membership the member's session was sold out in the first hour. For first timers remember the altitude in Denver is pretty high drink lots of water. Also if you have the chance a road trip to see New Belgium is a must. One of the prettier modern breweries I have toured.
