In in the area today and I'm hoping to stop by the brewery. Can anyone give me a sense of what to expect as far crowds go, line for cans and pints?

Was thrilled to see a few different beers from CMBC at the Bottle Republic in Somerset near my office: Coastal Evacuation, Always Ready (an amazing Pale Ale), Cape May IPA, Mop Water, and my favorite, Devil's Reach.

Brewery release Saturday morning of a coconut milkshake IPA. We ended up going, no real line or hype. Grabbed a pint of it, more for my wife who love milkshakes and coconut, and it's no Tired Hands that's for sure. It was a little sweet for me. I enjoyed the Coastal Evacuation with Brett way more, that was good, buy they didn't can that one.

Grabbed a four pack of the coconut and a four pack of the new DIPA City to Shore which was really good.

Keith, I had a glass of that beer last week and I too very much enjoyed that beer. To the best of my recollection this was my first Brett'ed hoppy beer that I have had. I hope that more breweries try this out.

    Cheers!

P.S. A new beer style? Brett IPA? I am sure that some 'traditionalist' will state there is nothing 'new' here since the Brits have been doing this since circa 1800.

Jack, Victory did it with Wild Devil years ago, you never had that?Good beer, I actually might still have one in my basement. Now other brewers I’d have to think about, but the Victory one popped right into my head. I love brett, so brett IPAs I’m all in.

What a great Oktoberfest they made, I was so surprised to see it in cans and it’s awesome that they did. Can’t beat the price per 6 pack either. Keep em coming.

The day has finally arrived. I asked the beer manager at my local shop about this and he said soon. Then boom goes the dynamite! Six pack by end of week I hope.

I have to say I’ve enjoyed every Cape May beer I’ve bought at the store. Their IPA game is on point.

Nice to see them enter the Lager game. I'll have to grab some when I see it.

Just saw em here in Union County for the first time. Perhaps they’ve been around for a while and I just haven’t noticed. Regardless, I’m excited to finally get to try their beers.

Sorry should’ve made more clear, first year round lager. The o my distrod one was their Oktoberfest (please anyone correct me if I’m wrong). And I remember a while back a cape may worker on here said it was in the works. It may even be in this thread if this is the OG one. But then nothing happened until now.

Now I just hope it’s as good and clean as their oktober. I just like the small local places having lagers now too. Tonewood has filled that void but I’m glad I will be able to support CM more now too.

Ah, ok. I really like their lower abv beers at Cape May so hoping their lager is nice, another beach beer to enjoy, awesome!

Drinking the new lager right now as I grill some venison. Perfect lager for me - crisp and light with a nice little hop bite.

Hoping my local place got it in as well. Empty fridge at the moment. Can’t wait to get my sixer.

@JValm Coming down this week and was wondering if Catch The Drift cans are still available? What about Krusty's? Assuming Coastal Evacuation, Always Ready, and Devil's Reach cans will be available too.
