    I can also vouch for this. I was with him later that day and he bought nothing. He went to whole foods to try the varients on tap. He was invited and took the invite. What a bad guy, right? Before berating a guy publicly and a business, get your facts straight.

    As a business owner, your goal shouldn't be to give any customer preference over another, be it brisket or beers. If I have a good experience at a place I go back, if I don't, I won't. Drink beer, eat brisket, stop b*tchin'.

    Speaking of places selling non-distributed bottles - is a particularly popular store on the south side still selling BA FFF variants (among a few others) in the case behind the counter? Haven't been in several months.

    This sounds great in theory, but it's no way to run a business. You never want to crap all over a paying customer, but your big/key accounts will always get special treatment. If that seems "unfair," well...that's life.
