Captain Lawrence - IPA

    Is there beer new? I'm having a very hard time finding info on it - limited BA reviews, and it's not even on the Captain Lawrence website. Or perhaps I'm being dumb?

    Having said that, I'm not sure how I feel about it - almost a candy fruit aroma/flavor, which was good, but didn't deliver the hops I want.

    I just had this recently myself, I do believe its new................. I was not overly impressed by it, but it served its purpose at the time............ definitly good, but not what I've come to expect from capt. Lawrence...

    I had it at the brewery when it just came out and was super fresh. It was awesome. I had a bottle a few months later and it was ok. They don't appear to date the bottles so it's hard to say how fresh the bottle was.

    Yeah, I couldn't find a date either. I don't drink many Captain Lawrence brews, but I should prob give them a shot since people seem to like them so much.

    I had it at the brewery yesterday when I was passing through. I was very nice in my opinion. It had a nice fruity aroma and a respectable hop presence...although it was most likely super fresh at the brewery. I'd get it again
