Hops and Roses now at the brewery $15/bottle, case limit.

I also asked the tasting room manager about later releases and he said there will no longer be any old-CL style releases (tasting table, deli counter, waiting at the crack of dawn, etc. etc. etc.). According to him, too much of a shit show. From now on, it will be silent releases either posted on facebook/twitter or some other social media site or their website a la Allagash style.

Anybody been to the brewery and seen Hops n' Roses for sale? The website still has mother barrel listed and I don't want to make the trip if its not there.

My sister who lives nearby stopped and grabbed some for me today. She said that there were a lot of people buying cases.

No, but excited to try batch 1, aka Palisades Ale. Yes and yes to the last questions.

There seemed to be no shortage of hops n roses or mother barrel, but I didn't scope out the inventory too much.

Was pleased to see pilot batch 1, 2, & 3 available for tasting. All were tasty, but ended up bringing a growler home of the wheat IPA.

Also I asked about Rossi and CdC, they said no Russo this year due to the move and all. They weren't sure about CdC. Releases of the past are definitively gone for good, but they said that they might do an event type of thing with tickets. The new facility is great and spacious.

I wanted to go up to the brewery for some bottles but I'm going to be out of town until the second week in July. Bad timing :slight_frown:
