Captains Daughter Availability

I just picked up a 4 Pack in Wallingford. It looked like the last one though. Cans dated 3/10/15.

Solid store. I have not been in a while. Make sure to check out vintage room. Also if you like sours they may still have Proclamation's Harper.

 

Nikki's is easily the best store in RI. Chances are they sold out of the CD they got earlier this week, but it's still worth checking out. High Spirits down the road also posted having it earlier this week.

 

Are you finding all these updates via Tweeter or FaceSpace or MyBook or what?

 

Nikki's does a great job with social media. They even take pics of vintage room from time to time.

 

Was surprised to see Downtown Wine & Spirits got a few cases along w/ Revolution Stuff. Nice to see it back.

 

With Proclamation Brewing and Captains Daughter coming up in the New England scene, RI beer scene is finally shaping up.

Just picked up a couple packs.

 

Nikki's is becoming a little too big for me. Since they moved to the new location whenever they get anything that is slightly hard to get it's gone the same day it's posted.

Your better off finding a smaller mom and pop type place. At least beers like Lunch & Captain's Daughter will be around those stores for a 4-5 days or so.

Anybody read Yankee Brew News? Looks like GS is releasing 3rd Anni beer as a regular! Plus a new IPA. IMO the imperial IPL aka 3rd Anni beer is better than Capt Daughter. Plus a IPA. Grey Sail could be RI's best!

 

Just read that on their website, I will soon be in the hunt.

Went to store and they had some canned 3/18. My second time having this after buying a couple 4 packs from the 1st batch. This is a different beer for sure. No hint of Butterscotch at all. So glad they dialed it in. I will be buying more.

 

I've been to a few stores in Fairfield County recently, and casually checked for Captains Daughter while buying my normal stuff...I see plenty of Flagship but no CD yet.
