Carbonating a tripe?

    Most triples are very carbonated. What are some recommendations for carbonating one correctly? I want it pretty carbonated.

    Is this a commercial kegged tripel? Homebrew?

    Temperature and applied pressure results in dissolved CO2 (vols, impress your friends).

    Consult your favorite online carbonation chart, set your regulator and done. You must know your temperature accurately, so use a good calibrated thermometer and not the POS dial thermometer rolling around in your junk drawer.

    If this is a commercial beer, try to find the brewers packaged vols. Good luck.

    If this is homebrew, set it and enjoy.
