    Question for my fellow homebrewers:

I have a Xmas Saison sitting in secondary which I'm getting ready to move. This batch will be kegged in a corny keg and also I am filling up 12 16 oz EZ cap bottles to give away around Christmas time.

What would work better for optimal carbonation? Bottling straight from secondary into the bottles and add a carbonation drop? Or carbonating the beer in the keg and then transferring it into the bottles? Any insight would be appreciated!

    Thanks

Assuming you have a counterpressure filler or a beer gun, I'd opt for filling the bottles from keg.
