I have a cherry "lambic" that has been very slow to carbonate. It has been in the bottle for about 6 months or so, but has yet to develop any real carbonation. Just some small bubbles but nothing substantive. The batch was brewed in the fall of 2010 and bottled in Jan / Feb of this year. From a flavor standpoint, this beer absolutely hit the mark. I was contemplating cracking the tops and adding carb tabs. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

You probably need to crack them and add yeast, not more sugar.
