I have read about bottling directly from fermentator. How does one add carbonation sugar (stirring?), without disturbing turb?

To my knowledge the short answer is very carefully to siphon off the beer without disturbing the trub, but siphoned directly to bottles that have been (or will be) loaded with the carefully-measured priming sugar or with priming tablets.

You can't evenly distribute priming sugar without disturbing trub. But you can do what @PapaGoose03 said.

I’ve had some good luck with the carbonation drops, I’ve only used them on NEIPA’s but so far so good

"Some" good luck or 'always good results'? Carbonation drops don't seem to receive favorable comments all the time in this forum. I'm just curious. I've never used them.

The beer I just made I used 12oz and 16.9oz bottles and both turned out great. It really depends on the style, for the hazy IPA’s I brew I’ve never had a problem. I let them bottle condition for 5 days and they have the carbonation level I’m looking for . I just used the Mangrove Jack brand drops and it was my first time using them. I too was skeptical at first because of all the negative feedback, but like I said I think it really depends on the style of beer
