While in Greensboro, hit Little Brother Brewing across the Street from Natty Greene's.on South Elm St. Preyer Brewing and Joymongers are just next to the beautiful stadium. Fridays are busy and fun downtown. Have a nice visit! The block in Lindley Park at Walker Ave and Elam Ave with Bestway (great retail), Sticks and Stones (great sandwiches and pizza), and Lindley Park Filling Station is close to downtown, near UNC-G and well worth a visit.

Thanks for all of the solid food options. As for the ballpark in Greensboro, I was happy to see 3-4 walkable places right around the stadium. I just got to hope for some good weather during that long weekend.

I second Sticks and Stones in GSO if you like artisanal pizza. Sticks and Stones always has a solid taplist and they're right near Bestway Grocery (they've got one of the largest selections of local beer around).

If you're a burger guy, Greensboro has a much better burger scene than pizza scene (IMO). Hops Burger Bar (also has a killer taplist) was once named that nation's top burger joint by TripAdvisor, so they're kind of the de facto choice. Big Burger spot and Emma Keys fans will probably beg to differ, though.

While I'm talking about GSO, the ballpark is right downtown and is a solid minor league park. It is a stone's throw from two breweries: Preyer and Joymongers. Joymongers has sort of become the hip place for all the 20-and-30-somethings to hang, and they usually have a big list of well-executed beers. Preyer is right around the corner and a little more hit-or-miss, but they share a wall with (and you can order from) Crafted, the Art of Street Food (one of the hipper restaurants in town). I think Crafted: tAoSF's wings with Nashville Hot Oil are pretty kickass, but I'm not a wing aficionado, so take that as you will.

Wooden Robot for sure. Toss Up between Triple C and Noda. If Triple C has some BBA stuff pouring then them. If not, Noda. Triple C is just down the street from Wooden Robot. Sycamore is great if you want to look at pretty girls in sundresses (I mean who doesn’t). Beer is hit or miss.

Eurisko Beer Company just recently opened up and they're literally right across the street from McCormick Field. I highly recommend a stop in to their taproom since you'll already be right there.

I just saw this place the other day. Has anyone been there? Wondering how their beers are.

Eurisko was one I was looking at since, like you said, it is right around the ballpark, and around most of the other breweries for that matter. May have to hit that after the game. Who knows what else might open up up the next month and a half. I may do White Labs for lunch, since the pizza got some good recommendations. Sounds like I need to hit up some burgers in Greensboro for wither lunch or dinner.

Yeah, those 2 breweries sound like they are can't miss destinations. For some breweries, I'll just do a flight and head out to the next stop. But at places like those, I may need to spend an hour so sampling a few.
