Never had a carrot beer but I've had the beet beer that Magic Hat does - definitely not my favorite. I've never been one to eat my veggies so I'd probably skip it.

I don't think I would like it, but I have to admit I'm curious how it tastes.

I had a carrot beer from one of our local breweries. I really enjoyed it.

I would like to try one. If done right, a carrot inspired beer could be incredible. Emphasis on the IF.

Speaking of beet beers, this surprised the hell out of me. Smells like a Kriek, taste is like a kriek, but a bit more earthy/ vegetal. Worth trying

Sounds pretty interesting actually. I'll keep an eye out for it.

In general, what do you think about beets? I've never had em on their own or in a dish, but my inexperience with em led me to get this beet kombucha. Was the best kombucha I ever had. Perfect balance of sweet and earthy that I enjoy. Everyone I've talked to that has had them say they taste like dirt. Maybe I like the taste of dirt.

Interesting. Ive made a gluten free hombrew with the base being carrots and quinoa. The sugar can be brought out in them just as a grain would. It was odd, but if i ever get my hands on this ^^^^ id like to try it. To see it done professionally instead of by myself, trying to make beer out of anything and everything to see what works.

One of the best beers I've had in the past month was a carrot cake inspired brew from Jailbreak in MD. I would love to see more carrot options on the market, I was really surprised at how well it worked.
