carton 077XX recipe

    Has anyone found a clone recipe for this beer? I talked to a worker there and he wouldn't let any ingredients go.

    That link that @fastenoughforphish works or you can download the podcast on I tunes. Type in the brewing network on I tunes. Tons of great shows they do on homebrewing.

    Yea he pretty much gives out that recipe and then it sounds like they're bigger IPAs are just boat beer amped up.

    So in "Session" podcast on BN, he indicated that 077xx is "the fatter cousin" of Boat...but, with Chico Yeast & another "C-Hop"

    So we know:

    Chico Yeast
    German Pale Malt
    10% Wheat?
    Bittering- Crystal and Nugget hops
    late additions of Galaxy, Citra, Cascade and Nugget again + Another "C Hop"

    Not a bad start.
