Anyone heading to the 5th anniversary shindig tomorrow in Monmouth Beach?

 

I can't even keep up with this. A new O'dub variant, Sakura calling my name and I was just there!!! I think I regularly drink more Carton than anything these days.

In all fairness though, Carton's "normal" is damn good.

When you already have a bunch from your buddy's Vermont trip, had plans for other half this Saturday, and then see carton's can list and say I can make that after other half.

 

Anniversary shirts at the Brewery (Instagram). Boyles is quiet, awesome, and loaded with Carton greatness. Coffee has gone to its toffee place. Anyone want to speak to this being a new batch of ID? I need to drive, can't get another pour, but i adore that beer.

 

Man, I had the time after work to hit up Carton today. This may be my best and favorite haul ever, with three different Dubs, Boat and Rub (didn't get Sakura, don't like gose type beers much).

 

Tasted both Nelson and Motueka at the brewery and picked both the cans and more sakura. Personally, I like Motueka more than Nelson. But both are tasting fantastic.

 

The fact that you can walk out of there with 6 cases of beer blows my mind. Hopefully I can stop by at some point this weekend.

 

Did all the cans survive the night?

Told myself I wasn't going to go back to Carton for awhile. Told myself I was going to cut back on beer purchases after going to Vermont and hitting Carton for Dorado Dub and Sakura. I need to stop lying to myself.

 

If I had it my way I'd grab a mixed case of Boat and all of the Dubs, but the wife won't be too happy with the amount of beer I already have

 

The best part about moving out of the city is that I now have a full-size fridge just for my beer. It's the key to marital bliss.

 

Lucky for me the case of Boat I got in addition to the Dub and variants was mostly for my wife, so no hassle there.

 

I have fights to the death with wifey over beer sometimes, it's amusing.

There's one Nelson left. For her under the condition I get to go pick up O'Motueka this weekend... which I'm sure we'll fight over to the death as well.
