We have a new small batch in the tasting room this Thursday and rolling out to bars this and next week.
    GILDED LILY
    TRUFPLE
    ABV: 10.6% | IBU: 30 | SRM: 5

Are there any aromatics more corruptly appealing than that suspect waft of dirt and sex that is the heart of fresh white truffles? Not the fake pretty perfumes ubiquitous these days, but the approach/avoidance primitive reaction to that heady scent of something that was secretly thriving just below fecund soil on early morning moments in late fall. Gilded Lily looks to take the beauty of a classic Belgian tripel a step further by stitching a little bit of white truffle’s leather to the edges of the beer’s luxurious drape--the pull of a touch of kink peeking from a lovely silk robe. Drink Gilded Lily because a little hint of dirty makes it all the more alluring.

Well, that is one strange intro. for a beer release...but I love Carton so I'm sure I'll be trying it at some point!

Indeed....looking forward to trying this on my next trip to NJ and hopefully picking up some Epitome as well; heard great things! I have only had Boat, and LOVE it!

An intriguing idea!! I can't wait to see folks discuss their perceptions of this beer.

I wish that I could provide my input but I am not a New Jerseyan.

    Cheers!

i can never say how long something will hang around but we do our best to make sure small batches stay available for at least 3 weekends. ideally all our neighbors have a convenient hassle free shot at it

I had this beer at a local pub but never thought to ask them who their distributor was, this is
one of the best triple belgian I've ever had. Sure would be great if it were in a bottle, I'm sure
this would take off in the craft beer community, keep up the great work!
