It would only be at the places that get it in Sparta (Buy Rite)

Anyone know amount of Mosaic cans left? On my way and hoping they don't run out

 

If they post it on FB it means there is probably enough to last through the days posted on the availability post.

I believe technically they only guarantee X beer will last the day. They call it "the session" not sure if that is 1 day or 1 W-F or S+S.

 

I stopped by today and picked up some 07871, as well as some more S.S.-Cream. I like the 07871 a lot. And I like that it's named after Sparta.

 

Fun times today up at Carton, not super busy and lots of can/draft offerings!

Only at Liquor Factory Sparta and they only have it for growler fills .

 

Liquor Factory Sparta also has cans of Mosaic (at least they did as of yesterday).

 

Opinions on the Mosaic O'dub?

I'm a bit worried when I have to go back to 077XX with all these dry hopped variants assaulting my senses.

Not a big fan of smoked beers.
This is one Carton offering I would like to try before buying a case.
Ok. Who am I trying to kid? I will send my brother to pick up a case as soon as I see the tweet that it is available.

 

Smoked malts on their own can be hit or miss but the adjuncts in this one look to enhance that flavor profile hopefully away fro ashtray.

 

While smoked porters can be wildly inconsistent, I'm really looking forward to trying this one. I'll always give Carton the benefit of the doubt!
