I have a 07750 from the first release earlier in the year and a few from the second release. Been meaning to do a side by side for a while now (think they're about 3 months apart if memory serves me)

This wasn't the first time I noticed how well they hold up. I had a "regular" Odub once for almost 3 months and still enjoyed the hell out of it. The only thing I don't understand is why I've held onto Carton cans for that long :grinning:

Same. Last one I had about a month ago, was starting to take on some tea-like characteristics. Very cool, very smooth.

I saved two cans of AOE and drank one on Sunday. I tasted more orange/tangerine and spice and it wasn't as bitter as it was fresh. Still very good!

Anyone want to plan to drink them one weekend and post our thoughts? I have one left and I have no idea what to drink it for.

On second thought I could go to Tired Hands, deal with the shit show for a few cans of Only Void.

Nah, that sounds terrible. I think I'll go in and out at Carton for a beer that's probably better.

I still see the overpriced SS CREAM sitting on shelves and slowly being marked down. I assume that beer doesn't age well though, does it?

Yup! It's what I tell myself, anyway.

Sweet. Maybe in a weekend or two. Anything works for me.

It is an IPA but relatively speaking if you're interested in seeing how such beers age, I thought SS Cream a month or so ago was still tasting very smooth.

Let's throw caution to the wind. Tonight at 9pm we pour. Can I get a go/no go from everyone?

Haha. No from me, even though I came up with this idea. I left it at my parent's house, not enough room in my apartment for every beer. Next weekend?

I had one recently (I overdid it when I bought). I thought it was fine. The malt base was a bit sweet to begin with so really the hops have just backed off. Definitely malty but not cloying. Kind of drinks more like an IPA people were making 10 years ago at this point. Obviously YMMV.
