GSO has always required a signature for the multiple different breweries I have opted to have shipped to my residence. Only once I was able to get away with leaving a note on the door and it might have been because it was the usual GSO guy.

I recommend shipping to a business so that someone/you is always around to sign for it.

I second this. It can be a massive pain in the ass if no one is home to sign and having it sent to a business where someone can sign for it almost any time is a far better idea.

I know this because it was a nightmare to meet up with the GSO driver to sign for it.

Even working from home it is difficult. They have an uncanny ability to always arrive when I leave to run errands or go out to a quick lunch meeting.

Luckily there is a GSO halfway between work and home (in Gardena) so I normally just ask them to hold it there and pick it up.

Does the group allow non-members to join? I would like to find someone to split membership and figure out a deal.

Hmmm... probably not. Having said that, Casa is chill enough to let both the official member and the person they are splitting it with into the group, so maybe they'd be ok with it. (Some member groups only allow the actual member and not the person they may be splitting it with.)

Do you have any friends that'll split it with you out there? It really is just a funding issue as the proxying is usually not an issue.

The other idea would be to hit up Casa's main page and ask if anyone wants to split.

No I don't have any friends in that area. Id be willing to find a random person to try to split membership. Haha. Any takers? PM me

Meant one of your friends out in CT... split a membership, get into the member group and then find someone willing to proxy. A lot of people will do it from the goodness of their heart but if you offer up some thank you beers every so often, you'll definitely get someone to help out.

Just had El Sur for the first time tonight. So funky, so balanced, absolutely delicious. Curious how Medianoche wins GABF gold and everyone goes crazy and then this beer wins GABF gold and you don’t hear a peep. Hope to try it again one day. Awesome job CASA.

The anniversary double IPA was incredible. Well, everything I had on draft was great to be honest. Can't wait to see how Dos Casas will age, after seeing how well Agria did.

Started off with guava Fresca which surprised the hell out of me. Super solid beer, moved on to prescient(spelling? ) was okay, then finished off with flesh and stone which was also a stunningly good beer. Didn't have the 2nd Anni beer but I bought a magnum so I'll be having that eventually
