Does anyone know how this cellars? From what I understand, this was the first time it was bottled, but perhaps someone has had a vintage year on draft? I'm just curious as to the differences between fresh and cellared.

Cascade shows up as sold out on TW's website pretty much everywhere. Do most TW's have the Kriek and Apricot, and then only some got Sang Noir and possibly The Vine? Headed down there a week from friday and would love to get something from Cascade. Thanks.

Total Wine usually has Kriek, not sure about Apricot. Grassroots Natural Market has both Sang Noir and The Vine right now for a few dollars more than TW.

Like a lot of sours, I imagine the fruit will get less prominent and the sourness stronger over time. Since they don't use brett, it wouldn't get any more complex or funky, though. Any of that will already be there from the barrel and blending.
