If you have the time to drive to Frisco, Basecamp Liquors probably has some Casey bottles. Not sure which ones, though. Call ahead for sure -- they will set some aside for you if you ask.

...so no Cut's at the September release now... maybe the crowd will be smaller

Nevermind... 160-ish bottles each of both the CFP's. This is still gonna be a shitshow.

I just found out that I will be in CO starting next week for work & hope to make it to the release. I reviewed some of this thread but didn't see what kind of prices are usually attached to these bottles

For the first 160 people, who receive tickets in line.

I have a hard time seeing 160 lined up before 8am, but I could be wrong.

It felt like 150 or so lined up by 9AM for the July release. But, like Kramer said above, I think the absence of The Cut will reduce turnout. No Cut for the August release and it was the smallest crowd I'd seen in quite a while.

I could be wrong, but I foresee the Family Preserve line drawing in a similarly sized crowd - Troy's fruit beers have always brought a lot of attention and this will be the first release in a brand-new line of beers.

That's possible. I think anyone with plans to drive up super-early or spend the night will still do so for the Family Preserves, which are Cuts by another name (and another base beer).

The absence of Cuts didn't change my mind. I'm still getting up with the crickets to make the drive.

You guys are probably right about the new Family Preserves beers. I plan on getting there early, but sadly won't be able to stick around after I get my bottles since it's the first weekend of college football and I need to watch some games. Would be nice to meet some of you guys for a drink at some point... maybe for the October release.

I'm bringing the family up to Glenwood for a swim and hike weekend in October, as I did last year. I expect there will be a few more than the 25-30 people waiting in line at 9am for that 5 fruit release. Troy even opened it up to unlimited purchases in the afternoon. Boy, those were the good ole days.

There are currently like 215 RSVPs on FB. Even if the lack of Cuts thins that out a little it's still going to be packed. I'm gonna try to get there as early as possible.
