Anyone try doing cask ale in corny?

Is there a way to convert corny into serving cask-style ale without the use of nitrogen gas?

@jbakajust1 should be able to provide some input here since he recently posted:

"Our club does a comp every year, cask only, no force carbing. Some use real casks. Most use modified cornies."

    Cheers!

A person could just bottle at a lower volume of CO2 to replicate cask beer as well.

I'd add a cask CO2 beather too, which extends the life of cask ale by replacing the head space with CO2 at atmospheric pressure.

We switch the dip tubes on the gas and liquid, carb in the keg with priming sugar, lay it on its side with the shorter (gas) tube on the bottom and the liquid tube at the top. Tilt the far end of the keg (when upright it would be the bottom) up by placing it on a 2X4. Connect a picnic tap to the bottom post with the short dip tube for pouring the beer. We connect another picnic tap to the top post for venting, but a cask breather would be much better if you plan to drink it over a longer period and have the funds for it. We kill the kegs in one day in 6 hours between the 30-50 people that come.
