Found an old thread from 2018 with the same title. Don't know if much has changed since then as far as Cask Ales in Florida go. The only places I'm aware of are Wild Rover Brewing in Tampa and Matthews Brewing in Lake Worth. I've been to Matthews and they had 2 beer engines with their ESB and Dark Mild on. Both were very good. Are there any other breweries or beer bars serving Cask Ale in the state on a regular basis?

The Blue Anchor Bar in Delray Beach serves 1-4 cask beers, but the quality used to be questionable at best (haven't been in years). Mathews does a good job with theirs.

i hit both spots this fall, here were my thoughts:

Blue Anchor (UK pub, Delray Beach): Someone recommended this place because they serve cask beer. It's true, they had Fuller's London Pride and ESB on handpull, and supposedly they rotate. However, the attention to detail of serving this style was nonexistent and done completely improperly by a staff that seemed extremely irritated that I ordered it. Wouldn't recommend unless you NEED cask english ales.

Mathews Brewing Company (Lake Worth Beach): Another spot that serves british-inspired cask ales. Even though the service was superior in all ways here, the two cask options (mild and brown) were just fine. Imperial brown on regular draft was not great. The place itself is a bit uninspired, which may have contributed, but i'd only recommend if getting there isn't out-of-the-way.

@goodbyeohio - Fuller’s 'stateside' is not cask-conditioned: Unfortunately, they have only been providing ‘handpumped kegs’, for the last several years (i.e. no more pins/firkins). Some places do de-pressurize these units to more closely resemble ‘real ale’

That being said, there are places that do advocate cask-conditioning in FL: Redlight is one of them w/ a mini cask-festival in January...
