    Here in Denver we've got an awesome pub that brews its own traditional cask ales, served from hand pumps. I've enjoyed a lot of the ales there. It also has the largest selection of single malt whisky outside of Scotland. Now that I type this...why the hell don't I go there more? Good reminder!

    A few of them were dry hopped in the cask and that did help with the aroma thang.
