So I'm going to be making a long weekend at a warehouse in the next month or so. Where could I hit a great bottle shop an can I get any hill farmstead or Lawson offerings on draft anywhere close? Thanx for any help guys and gals! Cheers! Rob .

Closest good beer store is in Rutland, but pretty dry down there, and likely none of the "Big 3" - sorry.

The Pizza Stone in (50 Miles) Chester is likely the closest place for you to find HF. Presently they have Edward on tap. The Pizza stone also has Switchback, Fiddlehead, Harpoon, Otter Creek, and Drop-In offerings on tap. Believe it or not Vermont has some other breweries that make some mighty fine beer.

Give me a call later Rob. Kristen grew up in that area and lived in Castleton for a bit.

I thought that this was a thread stating that Castleton needed beer help.

    Haha...it does...
Table 22 in Rutland had a decent tap selection the last time I went there about 1 year ago. Don't know enough about Castleton to be of help there, but never heard of anything good there. The Lakehouse on Lake Bomoseen is always fun to check out. Poultney, VT may have a decent bar or two with Green Mountain College there. But as stated, the big 3 won't be found anywhere near Castleton.
Terrell St. Beverage in Rutland would be the best bottle shop around. They did have growler fills when I last went there maybe 2 years ago, pouring Stone's Double Bastard & Trapp Vienna both at something really cheap like @$9/growler.
