So many buzzwords buzzing about <shudder>. Sorry, man, I had to get out of there for fear of my own safety, so I didn't see if they actually laid it out in plain English...

Small batch brewing with locally sourced ingredients and lots of experimentation with stuff available at the Farmer's Market. Since they are not licensed yet they probably give the beer away to friends and folks at the market in exchange for their produce used in the beers.

Then I had bail out as well.

Edit: Reminded me too much of what I'd read from the 60s about Peace, Love, and a new era.

So, basically... homebrewers trying to get a commerical brewing setup going?

Are they selling anything? Can homebrewers brew there? I honestly have no idea what exactly they are planning on doing, beyond using odd, local brewing ingredients.

Very strange. Looks like a community involvement project? I think.

Word diarrhea. You mean you don't reference "hyper-localism" in your daily conversations?

Nah- I never make it past plain old localism; I guess I'm just a caveman at heart.
