catawba - peanut butter jelly time

    It is, from what I've seen/heard. I haven't been up since last Saturday, but there are stores with it still in stock. I can't recommend it enough, if you like the Peanut and bready aroma that a PB&J beer should have. Love the beer.

    What do you think the base beer is? Brown ale?

    It is a brown ale, yes. The brown is lost in the peanuts and bready malts, but it is a brown ale.

    This is one of the most interesting beers I've had. Not something I'd always search for (if it was always available), but certainly creative and delicious. Worth a try for sure.

    bruisin ale had plenty. was able to pick up a couple sixers.

    There's also plenty at the Weinhaus next to Thirsty Monk. That's where I got my single. Not bad for a Catawba beer but it's nowhere near as good as Funky Buddha's No Crusts
