Walked into a local beer store today and saw a huge amount of Sierra Nevada Southern Hemisphere Harvest Ale on display.

Had some last spring and really loved it, so I was reaching for it...when it occurred it to me, isn't this a bit early? If so, then for a hoppy beer it's REALLY late!

(So I grabbed Racer 5 instead.)

So, is this the first of this year's release? Or a dump of last year's leftovers?

What is the release date for Southern Hemisphere?

Did it say "2011" or "2012" on the neck label?

I thought I would add: you can check the neck label. If it says 2012, then it is this years'

    Good point!

Well, it's not unusual for people to miss the obvious, I guess.

The guy who posted right above you, for instance, (and why does that avatar looks so familiar to me?) didn't even bother to read trbergman's entire two sentence post before he jumped in with his redundant info.
