We will be traveling with our Families, arriving on Thursday and leaving Monday. We will be bringing Belgian and American beers in case a bottle share or trade happens

It would be really nice to organize a bottle share.

I live here but I'm only going on the Friday and Saturday evening because of work. If anyone wants to organize some in person trading or bottle sharing, I'd be very much up for it as well!

Arriving Friday early morning, let me know who needs something from Belgium if it fits in the suitcase.

Hey guys, I really want to go there and I was wondering if there was a better session or if it is all the same. I can barely find information on the event (even if the FB page is not clear). Could someone give me an advice? Thanks

As far as I know they don't tell you what's happening at which session beforehand. Or maybe they do a few days before, I'm not sure, but I got my tickets based on the time I feel like being there (and can be because of work). In typical Mikkeller fashion there's a lot of hype building about it, so don't expect them to be very helpful, their priority is selling tickets.

Speaking of which, have you checked availability? I thought some of the sessions were sold out already, so the choice might already be made for you.

Thank you for the info! Indeed, most of the session are sold out and there is only one remaining. However, some people are reselling their tickets for other sessions, so I was wondering if there was any difference between them

I totally agree with Mikkeler and the hype around it (I should probably change my picture haha) and I do not really expect anything from them.

Just one question, do you think one session is enough to try a reasonable amount of beers or the lines are so big that two sessions ld be needed?

Hype building, yes it is a lot of that. But does the Festival live up to the Hype?
If you ask me yes it does.

No big lines, there is a few lines to some beers but usually there is no Mayor lines.
I always go for pink (all sessions). Only difference in the sessions is the beers, but you do not know which beers are pouring at which session untill maybe a week Prior to the Festival.

To my knowledge they post the beer list on http://www.taplist.net/cbc/ closer to the date. At the moment, its pot luck as to what is on in which session when you get your ticket. I guarantee there's plenty of good stuff flying around ready to try I every session.

Also, if you haven't seen it, Hill Farmstead are having a meet the brewer and tap takeover in Warpigs on the 12th May!
