Can somebody please confirm what bottle cap they used for bottling 2010 Hunahpu? I just got one in a trade to complete my vert (yes I know it has fallen way off, but I wanted to have a vert). I got the bottle and it looks to be a relatively high fill in the bottle with a plain gold cap. I haven't seen too many plain gold caps on their bottles so this has me a little concerned that it may be fake.

It'd be awesome if someone has a high-res photo of the epic Huna vert that happened at Coppertail during Tampa Bay Beer Week. They had every Huna/Huna variant made and maybe someone got a photo of all the unopened bottles. (But there obviously could be someone who still has a bottle.)

For some reason I thought it was a gold cap but I could be completely wrong.

Here is the picture from the massive vert tasting at Coppertail during TBBW. Doesn't help answer the question though...

It was plain gold. Also the label was unique and never used again on a year of Hunahpu's. The picture @Bartos just posted has it on the far right. That should be confirmation.

    Correct

2010 appears to be the first real talked about bottling with a full rectangle label.
2011 is also a full label with a red banner across the top with the CCB logo
2012 is the start of the cut, rounded labels
2013 is the same with the mayan being more definied and less "greyed out" in the image.

Also I think 2010 was the only year without the year printed on the label.

They did not have the CCB caps initially. All of the first batch of Hunahpu had plain gold crowns. Not to mention, most of them were not capped very well and many had leakage issues around the cap. I still have at least a couple of those that the brewery swapped out for me with others due to that issue.

Not all of them, but most.
