CCB Apricot Grove released

ISO! Anyone that can hook a brother up with a bottle or three...I can swing Tired Hands or Forest & Main stuff any time it comes about.

Still plenty left when I departed CCB at 930 last night.

 

How much is it?

 

I am going to CCB after my kid's soccer game this afternoon to pick up Cubano Expresso. Will advise if any left.

 

I was there at 11am, good amount of people buying up their limits, they were re-stocking cooler as I left but customers were pulling them out just as quick.

 

Here now, still good amount in cooler, allegedly also more. Said that will prob sell out today.

 

Picked up more at 1130. Cooler is full...

 

Sorry was going off info on their el cat page. Looks like 1200 bottles total.

 

yeah, pretty uncool of whoever it was that said they sold out when there was plenty left still.

 

It's really solid. A big step ahead of Guava Grove IMO. You get a lot of the Apricot up front vs the Guava where the Guava is more subtle.

 

Wasn't on CCB FB, wasn't on Catador FB, neither twitter feed.

Looks like only way you knew about this was word of mouth.

 

It was on CCB Instagram, the announcement that is not a bottle count.

 

I meant the el catador facebook page. Somebody asked for a heads up when it would be released, they replied in 90 minutes. Someone later incorrectly commented it had sold out. The bottle numbers I'm going off were posted by a BA member who is a CCB brewer, good enough source for me. I called ccb and the brewpub (hey, worth a shot) tonight about 10 pm and was told ccb had sold out. Of course the brewpub didn't have any either.

 

Wish this was an El Catador release.
