CCB Growler Tuesday Thread

I've had the cedar tony Janus and it's not in the humidor series, and really isn't good. I picked a growler yesterday in hopes that it would have more of the Spanish cedar notes like the original humidor IPA, I haven't opened it yet but we will see.

 

Proof that everyone's tastes are different. I really enjoyed the Humidor Stout. Not as much as the Humidor Sour but more than Humidor IPA. I thought it was a really nice balance. Now Black Ash lager was straight up cigar ash (but still rather enjoyable)

Again...proof everyone's tastes are different. Many people like tony jannus. And while it's not part of the humidor series it is "treated" the same way by being aged on cedar wood.

I had the Wig Splitter. Was very tasty. Don't know what went on after, but was one of quietest GT's in quite a while.

You never know what's going on GT, though I like to think we're due for some thing crazy good soon!

Don't usually love Marti but picked it up to open on Thanksgiving. Raspberry Grove is sitting out as well.

Have a feeling next Tuesday is gonna bring something nice, I hope im not wrong

Hmmm, cellar cleaning... I'm sure it's not exactly what everyone was having wishful thoughts about.

 

Yeah. Definitely not what I would have ever guessed would be today's offering. I figured that if they were going offer some Two Regular Joe's as a growler Tuesday it would be a treatment of some sort.

I wonder if they'd planned on something else today like a treatment and it wasn't ready or didn't turn out correct. This seems like a "fall back" offering
