I apologize if posted already, I didnt see a thread.

Released last night in the taproom, 22oz bottles for $9 each...limit 4 per person right now. Still had a decent amount left 2 hours ago.

So it lasted about 24 hours. I missed the guava grove, so I'm glad I hauled ass over there today to grab a few.

Have not tried, but was told to put it in the fridge for a week before drinking so the yeast falls out of solution and won't mute the Cherry.

Usually 24-48 hours in the fridge works, and that is what's most often recommended to achieve this. But if Wayne or someone else from CCB said give it a week, then I guess give it a week.

One week is what I was told. Drink before then at your own risk of less than optimal cherry flavor!!!

Drank one on Wednesday night. Did not get a lot of cherry, was very sour. Still dug it, will wait a week and compare.

The Apricot was similar. If you drink it early it's just going to be sour with little fruit. I kept one out of the fridge in a cellar for 3 months then cracked it and the Apricot flavor came out a lot. If you have more than one I would sit on it for a few months and try it out, which is what I will be doing.
