CCB White Oak

It's periodically released year round, but doesn't sit anywhere for long. If it's in Tampa someone on here will probably know and tell you, or they'll keep their honey-hole to themselves.

 

i think it is released 3 times a year IIRC...January, May, and August or September. Chances are it is off the shelves and has been for quite some time. Good luck finding some. Maybe call Luekens Liquors and see if they have any. They have a lot of beer that sells out rather quickly.

 

TW Tampa web site shows cans in stock, limited quantity. Give them a holler at 813-350-9601. If you do, ask if they got Puppy's Breath in stock. Good luck.

 

White oak is weird, you have to be in the right place at the right time. It's not even mentioned on this site a lot of the times it's come to south FL, you just have to be a regular really.

 

Last year it was Jan, May, and Sept, but for 2014 it's supposed to be year round with limited availability (whatever that means). That being said, it's been at least a month since I saw it. Probably closer to two. Would love to see it return soon.

 

I was seeing it for a while but the past couple months ever since humidor IPA hit shelves white oak went missing.

 

Agree. Now I see Humidor IPA everywhere and haven't seen White Oak around since January. Hopefully it's back soon.

 

I haven't seen Tocobago in what seems like a year! Surely it's been over 9 months
It took two years between white oak batches to see it down south...humidor has been consistent ever 3-4 months

 

Check CCB's Instagram; they just posted that they are brewing a large FRESH batch right now!

 

Im pretty sure it is only brewed every 3-4 months. I think there is some kind of rotation with white oak/humidor ipa/cubano espresso. I dont see as much tocobaga on shelves as I did a year ago but Ive seen it at the brewery.

 

I actually prefer white oak to tocobaga. But, I prefer Smokeobaga to both.

 

original this was the case however this year it was supposed to be on the shelf all year.

 

Been seeing quite a bit of fresh Tocobaga here in Lakeland, canned 4/15. Total Wine in Tampa had a big stash of it too from 4/17.

Still no sign of American Sour but I got a bottle of Black Note I might be able to send someone for some!

Missed White Oak last run so looking forward to trying some.

 

When it comes out if any of you guys want some its all over Tampa and I go to Jupiter quite often i can bring it with me.

 

P.S. its a little more expensive than Jai Alai. Its the same price but only 4 cans.
