CCB Zhukov release around the corner

    Any idea how long this lasts/how difficult it will be to get? Are we talking release day brewery stop?

    I'll be in Tampa for the first time in the week surrounding the 4th and am trying to figure out if the 4th becomes my CCB stop. Would it be easier to go on the 5th or 6th to avoid the initial crush?

    The distro stuff will trickle out as it always does. Some areas will get it early and others a few days later. When KBS dropped it hit Tampa and was gone before Ft. Myers/Sarasota even had bottles on the shelves.

    Without much details on how much was made I hate to guess. We also dont know if there will be a bottle limit at the brewery. People bought multiple cases last year. The bottles sold out of the brewery in a matter of hours. I think the brewery will sell out quickly again. There hasnt been a big beer release since Hunahpu and I think the locals are starving for a big time locally produced stout. I think its gone in 24 hours or less at the brewery.

    Don't we also have to consider that the tandem batch of Zhukov that was supposed to be bottled ended up being Cafe Americano because the final gravity wasn't achieved? if that's the case then there should be double the amount but only 1 batch, not 2 like last year.

    Anyone go after that $25 donation for 6oz of BA and NonBA Zhukov they said today?
    Ive already had the Rum at EBF and will hopefully get to have Regular soon... so i opted not.. my wallet hurts already FL people...

    Its already been bottled:

    Marshal Zhukov's Imperial Stout has been bottled and is scheduled to hit the market starting August 1st! Bottles will go on sale in our tasting room on Monday, August 4th.

    It's drinkin' good.

    I may take you up on this. Any chance you got an allotment of RareR too and would want to expand? I have several things available for trade and am hoping to do one big trade involving a couple RareR's and several MZs if at all possible.

    Weird, I thought a large appeal of the smaller format was more bottles for all, yet they are limiting it for the first time.
    Maybe due to how fast it sold out last year?

    the same amount of bottles will be sold in the tasting room. but there will be a lot more out in the market.

    Too bad my last day for drinking beer is Friday, MZ has aways been my favorite non-BA stout! My budy is going have to try and land one to keep my verticle going! #Celiacproplems
