Just had this on tap at the Biltmore estate in Asheville a couple weeks ago and thought it was worthy of trying a batch at home. If I am not mistaken the 'Cedric's' line is brewed for Biltmore by Highland BC. Anybody have an idea for an extract recipe for this one?
