I will be celebrating my 10th Wedding anniversary this October. Was wondering what the perfect beer was and if I cannot get it, maybe do a trade? Will be priceless!! Suggestions are needed.

Anything special from the place you were married, or met, or something special in your lives that caused you two to meet?

Perhaps a beer you'd just be over the moon to try, or have again. What would it be?

Married at the Doubletree. She was my hairdresser. She likes very very fruity beers, lambics if new and not too tart. If I could share anything with her, would be Cascade Blueberry but cannot find in PA/NJ/NY. Please help....someone.

If fruit be her thing then New Glarus be her brewery, Wisconsin Belgian Red is a good option if she likes cherries!

My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary and we celebrated with a bottle of Cantillon at Teresa's Next Door in Wayne. You can't take it out, but if you don't mind eating/drinking there, they always have a few.

edit: we had Rose de Gambrinus which is typically sweeter than most Cantillons, especially when fresh. Not sure if they have more in stock, we drank the last one they had in the display.

Like most have said, you will not fail with either New Glarus Wisconsin Belgian Red or Raspberry Tart . . . better yet both. I'm not interested in trade, but would be up for sending you at cost. Either are about $9 / $10 and guessing shipping would be about $10 to $15 WI to PA.

Find a limo to bring some Heady Topper to your lovely cosmetologist. Best of luck to you two.

Found a local place with Cantillon Rose De Gambrinus. Will try it. Just what I need.....for her to have expensive taste. Already it's all about Coach and LV. Maybe I will try with a Lindemann's.

definitely read the reviews if she has not had too many lambics (or test the waters with a cheaper framboise that isn't lindemans beforehand). Cantillon can be a expensive bottle not to like. At the same time, I have a hard time imagining anyone who even kinda/sorta likes lambics not absolutely loving the Rose.

Stone 10th is a great suggestion based on the title, but it's far from what the OP said his wife likes.

How about Terrapin 10th Anniversary Ale off of the theme of the Stone suggestion. Small bottle count, but still showing a few on here having it.

Lindemans is super sweet. People call it the "starter Lambic" but that makes a big fat assumption that the huge sweetness will make the other flavors more digestable. It's a mistake to assume people unfamiliar with "real" Lambics would prefer this. Know your audience, which, of course, you do.
