Kevin and Sara Osborne are killing it. This guy has some real skills. I'm reluctant to write about Cellador only for fear of not being able to get bottles in the future. Kevin is very experienced in the beer world and has great credentials and experience.

However, he's doing his own thing and doing it really well. Cellador brews are not typical of a new brewery looking to find it's way. You taste these new bottle releases and conclude that you're tasting a well seasoned, well run, experienced team who is putting out wonderful stuff and may have been doing it for years . . .not months! Product continues like it's going and L.A. County will have a SARA, de Garde or Side Project type of place all it's own! Hell, I think Cellardor holds its own right now with any place!

    Kudos Osborns; keep it up!

Stopped by the tasting room and really enjoyed everything I had. I'm partial to tart and fruity so I enjoyed Confuzzled and Akimbo the most. Really thought Confuzzled was fantastic.

For Syndicate members, are we required to go through a checkout process for the 2 glasses and t-shirt that are included with the membership? The email that was sent out today suggested this, yet, the only option I found through the e-commerce site was merchandise for purchase.

log in, click VIEW next to your membership status (Which should be active), then under "my membership products" you should be able to add to cart the glass and shirt. under price it should say Free!

That's weird. The glass and shirt weren't coming up under "My membership products" and are only appearing in "my discounts" as items for purchase. I guess I'll have to contact them.

Whoa that Et Cetera was good. LOVED the funk on the nose. If there was just ever so slightly more of it that carried through to the flavor, this would be up there for me. Lovely cherry/raspberry quality.

Really enjoyed our first visit. Location is great. Very excited to be able to visit when we go see the grandparents down the street.

I must say, the beer is good. Stoked to have a local brewery putting out high quality sours. They may make my Rare Barrel membership to get cancelled (I can only drink so much).

That pick-up window though, lol. Was going to jump through the hurdles of proxy, family going during open time, then remembered the extreme sourness level of this one and my gastritis. I'm just going to stick to randomly dropping in when in the area and taking my chances

First two member releases will be in the shop sometime today per the email sent out yesterday. Think I'm finally going to have my first box shipped.

I've been very impressed with everything I've tried so far and love the 375's! The upcoming releases also sound really promising.
