I know it's completely subjective to the tastebuds of evaluator, but are there any cellar apps that track a beer's drinkability and characteristics over time? I've seen descriptions of Brew Vault in that you can get into individual taste characteristics (plum, fig, tobacco) when reviewing a beer, but is there an app out there that lets you track other people's reviews of older beers and perhaps will show you an average rating?

For example, let's say you wandered into a place like The Monk's Cafe or The Brick and they had some vintage beers in the cellar to sample. Is there an app where I can see how a 2011 R. Grand Cru might be drinking vs a 2006 R. Grand Cru?

We're sorta waiting for you to buy, taste and report back. I joke. I don't know of any apps but for the situation you need either a Parker-like expert single point of reference, or the wisdom of crowds to post in sites like this. There might be an app and it might be great, but if not, despair not.
