If you really want to open up space, post this whole list in a trade with a "pick 10 or 20" or whatever and see if you can lure in a really big bottle with an auction post. Or trade em all for a collection of Cantillon for your wife. Or give some away to me for giving you such good advice. Drink em or move em - no point in owning hundreds of old bottles that have dropped off into shit flavor territory. And stop buying!

wow, it's going to be tough drinking all that...since you have so many FW, do you want to sell some of them or have a price list for each?

Anyone pop a Green Monster recently? Everything I have read is that this beer is a mess, and I don't know if it will ever become anything decent.

Agreed with some others that the Prairie and Fremonts are not going to be at their peak for very long.

I would open that Conquistador de la Muerte as there are reports of that being infected. If you need to just drain pour that one at least it would clear up space quickly.

Honestly, I think this is the worst idea. You risk letting your best beers age too long, and you're going to drink them when you're distracted. Drink them when they're at their best and when you can really pay attention to them. Otherwise it really just is a trophy collection.
