With a little zooming it looks like some Odio Equum & Oud Floris.

Yeah it's a mix of Floris and Equum, heavy on the Equum. Love that stuff.

The outside temp is irrelevant, what's the temp in your cellar doing?

I am also in Pittsburgh and my cellar doesnt have a cold storage room and stays around 65. Not ideal, but you may be getting better temps if you have an old house with a cold storage room. By a cheap thermometer and keep track of the temps, especially with summer coming up. If it gets too warm, may be worth getting a used fridge and some temp control.

Have you had Sofie with age on it? I had a bottle with a few years on it and found fresh to be much better. Then again it wasn't stored in the most primo conditions.

Not as impressive as some of these other ones but here's where I've gotten so far. Started on this collection about 8 months ago.

I have the same fridge. I lowered the bottom shelf so only 12 oz. could fit on the bottom after removing that plastic thing. That allowed the 2 shelves up for that for 750s and 22 oz on the top shelf. Do you notice the bowing of the shelves? Mine is stuffed full and I'm worried about a shelf breaking.

I definitely prefer Sofie with a couple years on it, but cellaring conditions always matter.

Overview of the "cellar", the girlfriend bought me the fridge for my birthday last year, she's a keeper!

I did notice the bowing, but seems to be holding strong so far. The bars that actually give the support from the holes seems to be staying straight, so I think they are good.

I may have a different model or something, I measure it up again today and I can't get the 750s in any other shelf but the very bottom or the very top. It ok though I prefer 12oz formats more anyway.

    Cheers!
