    Lol. What are you willing to give up for it? I think I've been sitting on that particular 2-liter of store brand cola for at least 3 years now, so you'd better bring the whales. :wink:

    What's the 750ml Black Damnation before the Special Kay? I thought for Black Damnation series, only Double Black and Special K in 750 ml format?

    That's some heavy duty cardboard that can withstand those kinds of temperatures.

    I'm glad you posted the picture, I too prefer function over form. Not pretty but holds tons of beer:

    About 8' wide, 8' tall and 2' deep. Last count was over 550 bottles but I really have no idea how many there are now. Too daunting to go through everything. The loose stuff that's not in cases is just random bottles that I can't fit in the fridge.

    I usually follow the "homebrewing" threads. Out of curiosity decided to see what was in this thread. Some of these pictures are amazing. My questions:

    1. Is it hard to not drink these beers when you go down to the cellar?
    2. How do you know when a beer has reached it's optimum age?
    3. How can you tell which beers are a good candidates to age?
