Very cool idea. Hmmm, gets me thinking about a fun lighting project involving growlers....

Great collection so far. Do you know how much of the BA bigfoot they produced?

Just starting brewing 8 months ago which lead me to craft beer. Only been trading a few months, nothing too rare but a good start. This cellar was already in our rent house and the shelves are old but are more then sturdy. I cant complain with a free cellar that stays at a constant 60 degrees. Everything in six packs and that have mailing labels are homebrews. I will be adding 2 nightmare on bretts, 2 batch 60s, an uncle jacobs, a couple allagash 750s, and a weyerbacher riserva in the cellar within a couple weeks. :grinning:

Picked these up this weekend. All will be cellar-ed except the Prairie, those will be drank soon. :grinning:

Just got these in a trade and they are headed straight for the cellar. Also included in the trade was a River North J Marie barrel and bretted, in red wine barrels, bottle 155 or 360. Very excited for all of them!

I started cellaring a couple month ago since our house here in Germany has a proper cellar in it. I plan on loading it up with good beer and wine.

    Thank you.

Our traditional German fachwerk house was built in 1463 and the cellar is fairly large.

    Our beer is well guarded…

Well, shit. As if homebrewing wasn't bad enough. After perusing this thread, starting a beer cellar is inevitable. (PS - am I the only Canadian posting on BA?? I never see any others..)

Just wait till you do start a cellar. There will be months that you spend 10x on your cellar beer then you do on the beer you drink day to day. It all pays off eventually though. :grinning:

Where is that? I'll be in Hockenheim for the F1 race and Munich in July. Really excited.
